Open Settings
. Select Connectivity > Administrative settings and from the following:
- Packet data — Define when to use packet data connections, and enter the access point to be used if you use your device as a modem for a computer.
- Data call — Define the time-out period after which data call connections automatically end.
- Presence — Edit the settings for the Presence network service. To register for the service, contact your service provider.
- SIP settings — Create or edit session initiation protocol (SIP) profiles, which are necessary for making internet calls.
- qtn_set_conf_msg_authentication_cp — Define which authentication methods are required for the configuration messages that your device may receive. If you select QTN_CONF_AUTH_ALL_AUTH, your device may receive configuration messages sent without any authentication.
- XDM settings — Create an XDM profile. The XDM profile is needed for various communications applications, such as Presence.
- VPN — Manage the settings for virtual private networking (VPN).
- APN control — Edit access point name (APN) control list settings. The APN control list allows connections only to the listed access points.
The settings available for editing may vary.
